Picture taken for the "Exmoor Horn Sheep Breeders Flock Book" when he was President in 1994. Prior to this year the photo of the President was always taken in a studio type setting. This was the first time the Presidents photo was taken "in situ" and set a precedent for the style of picture taken ever since.
